Holiday Resort & Spa Guam Tumon, Tumon

I had mixed feelings about this hotel. While the location is perfect, right next to the beach and near shopping options, the rooms were outdated and in need of some serious renovations. The service was just okay, and I felt they could improve on customer interactions. Overall, if you’re just looking for a quick stop and don’t mind some flaws, it might work for you, but otherwise, it might be worth considering other options.

I was really looking forward to my stay here based on the photos, but the experience fell short in several areas. The location is convenient for exploring the area and the beach is a short walk away. However, the quality of the rooms and facilities needs a lot of improvement, and the cleanliness was definitely a concern. It’s unfortunate, as the hotel has potential, but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again without significant updates.
